What is on God’s heart for the marketplace?

What is on God’s heart for the marketplace and for AFRICA that we have to align ourselves to?

In Kenya we are 80% Christians according to the last census. However, we as a country are now broke !! How ? yet we have "Christians" running the Central Bank and National Treasury and several institutions. I have noted with dismay our greed for money and material things. Tenders are overpriced, people are constantly stealing left right and centre. Not just in the public arena but also in the private and NGO sector. We truly need to align ourselves to God's Word in stewardship. Even churches have become money making institution instead of teaching and drawing people to God. Its time we changed. When Donald Trump called us lazy and thieves and busy making babies, its true. Can you imagine, it we just got our act together ! We truly need to align ourselves to God.

What is it that God has put on your heart regarding the marketplace/ situation and challenges?

To spread the Word and make people more aware. Stewardship is not a remedy but a way of life.

Do you have any specific Word (Scripture) you hear that is for the time we are in right now? -

Mark 4 : 3 - 8 ; how can we sow on good soil ?

Are there common issues we hear and experience and what must we do about it?

Poverty is a huge challenge. Greed is even bigger. Debt is huge !! Not making enough money. Affluence - the effects on our children.

We must engage and partner with the church and training institutions, to teach, coach and use practical examples. Stewardship training need not be like a visit to the dentist (when the pain is unbearable), but a way of life. Like brushing your teeth first thing in the morning and before you sleep !!

What is the one, two or three common things that all of us must align ourselves to for the next year or two?

Pray, pray and pray !!  Teach, train and coach !!!

Open yourself to what you must share with us the Lord has been speaking into your life about his plans for the marketplace/Stewardship in Africa.

All the training and knowledge I have must be shared and shared extensively in Africa. Have more practical examples to create wealth, grow and give. Train trainers.
